Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy is 30 days from time of delivery. After 30 days we can no longer offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed. Funds will applied back on the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for it to show up on your bank statement.
Sale items, Limited Release items, and Custom Items-
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, limited release items, and any custom item cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Orders@thejtway.com and send your item to: The JT Way Warehouse, PO Box 743, Farmington, Utah 84025.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are sending an item back for exchange. You must send an email to orders@thejtway with the tracking number of your returning package. Once we are able to verify the package is in transit, we will process the exchange and send out the replacement item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
